The 2023 Kappa Alpha Psi® Virtual Career Fair will attract 4,000 to 5,000 members. Attendees are comprised of alumni (including recent grads), current college students, and chapter members across the nation, who will attend to explore better career opportunities.

Kappa Alpha Psi® Fraternity, Incorporated (ΚΑΨ®) is a historically African American Greek-letter organization. Since the fraternity’s founding on January 5, 1911 at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, the fraternity has never restricted membership on the basis of color, creed or national origin. The fraternity has over 250,000 initiated members with 643 active undergraduate and alumni chapters across the United States, and international chapters in Abu Dhabi UAE, Canada, Germany, South Korea, Japan, US Virgin Islands, Nigeria, South Africa, the Grand Bahamas, Bahamas, Dominican Republic (alumni association), and Bermuda.
